Universal I/O
The Opto 22 groov RIO is an intelligent edge I/O device that combines software-configurable universal I/O, industrial networking, and edge computing in a single compact unit. Integrated with EnvOS, groov RIO provides reliable monitoring and control for environmental sensors, pumps, valves, lighting, energy systems, and other field devices without requiring a traditional PLC for every application. It supports open industrial protocols including MQTT, Modbus TCP, REST APIs, OPC UA, and Node-RED, making it easy to connect operational data to EnvOS, SCADA, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
