Good morning,
I calibrated the probes on the GH(C2) manifolds yesterday - redundant EC and pH probes with temperature. The calibrations appeared to work and were accurate with our dosing throughout the day. However, for some reason early this morning before anyone entered the greenhouse, the pH probe suddenly started reading a significantly higher number than before. This affected the dosing of the acid into our tank, increasing the acid dosing but the probe reading wasn’t affected.
Note: This is a new probe, installed Sept 2025.
I have recalibrated this pH probe and it appears to be holding and reading accurately now. Do you have a cause or a fix for this issue? I do not know what caused it, and this hasn’t happened to our pH probes that I can recall.
