Alerts - Modifying or Disabling Alerts
Introduction
Welcome to microclimates. In this video, you’ll learn how to modify an existing alert and disable an alert on your dashboard. Let’s start with an example. You’ve received an alert by email and want to make changes. The email provides all the information you need to locate the card where the alert was triggered. In this case, we’re looking for the card named Sense Cap 2103.
Log into your microclimate site. Use the filter option to locate all cards. Then search for Sense Cap 2103. Once you’ve found the card, flip it to the back. Here you’ll see two alerts currently active on this card. You can modify the alert by adjusting its range right here. Or if you prefer, you can disable the alert entirely. Thanks for watching.
