Daily Light Integral - Set-Up
Introduction
In a minute you’ll learn how to use the Daily Light Integral, also known as DLI. Let’s get started. The daily calculator is located on the microclimates.com website. From here you can go ahead & input your PPFD and hours per day to determine your DLI. Once you have determined your plants DLI, access your microclimates dashboard. From here you can go ahead and filter by DLI.
In this example, we have five cards associated with DLI. To set DLI program, we are going to pick the automation card. Flip to the back of the card, and add a new recipe. Choose a new recipe. Scroll down and set the start time. From set outputs pick DLI and input your DLI number. The other numbers will automatically calculate.
You can go ahead and changes as needed. Ensure that you use an end time. Press save and you are now ready to use DLI. Thanks for watching. Please reach out with any questions.
