Logging in on the microclimate website. I was unable to get access the program information on both Greenhouses. When you click on any of them it was just blank.
Fortunately we are authorized to both of your greenhouse locations, and were able to login to both from the main menu on microclimates.com.
Blank screens can happen when internet connections aren’t stable. Logging in involves downloading programs and data to your local computer or mobile device. If your internet connection, or the internet connection at the site is temporarily down or not stable.
The resolution is usually to try again in a few minutes. If you are continuing to see blank screens, could you provide more information on this thread - type of computer you’re using, internet connection type, screen shots, etc?
