I have logged into your Microclimates home page.
I then went to your support page.
When I returned to the home page I could not find My name with the list of our controllers to log into.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our site is run on a Discourse forum, and the latest upgrade changed the way our logged in controllers menu was attached.
The issue showed up when opening Microclimates.com logged in, but no controller menu shown:
A browser refresh placed the controller menu back:
The issue with the Discourse upgrade was identified, and now the controller menu appears on the site without requiring a browser refresh.
