  • Create a title that describes the issue “Flatline Alert Not Firing”
  • Upload a screenshot to help visualize the issue
    when sign up need to enter confirmation pin send to email but because cannot open email at that time, I close the microclimates.com so when I want to login using new email said not confirmed
    how to get confirmation page again or to activate my email?

If you are able to post onto this forum, then you are successfully logged in.

We have had reports of being logged in, and not seeing your name at the top menu. If this is the case, let us know in a reply to this thread.

To resolve that issue, log out by clicking your user icon on the right, selecting the user icon, then logout. Logging back in should restore your Johni menu with edge server access.
