Good Morning! We can’t get access to the microclimate’s sites. We get logged in but to get to our site and control its just blank. Our fans are not on, and we need access to put them on before the temperature rises very quickly.
Hi Rohan, there was a remote access misconfiguration on our end and it has been resolved. You should have remote access restored.
